We are keeping the Juneteenth celebrations going all month long with A Beautifully Black Bazaar! This event is a pop-up market celebrating Black artisans, creatives, makers, and entrepreneurs hosted by Pzay The Creative and Chris Cardi Inc.
The Bazaar will connect people to our Beautifully Black creative community, immersing them in an engagingly interactive pop-up honoring Black past, present, and future.
DJ Lois Lane (@djloislane) will be curating the kick-back reminiscent sounds, get your portrait taken by Photographer Ryan Hampton a.k.a. (@ThatCanonGoBoom), and Molly Rufus (@mhcrufus) Program/Events Director at Eaton Workshop and Co-founder/Program manager of Black Girls In Art Spaces - D.C. chapter, will host a panel discussion with our featured creatives.
Shop art, accessories, clothing, and other goods by Black creatives, featuring ABSNCE by Quonito, Artcor by Gerald Oliver and Shadé Renée, Art 4 the Black Market by Maurice James Jr., Inner Flydom by B. Wynn, Nic at Nite by Nicole C. Johnson, Abstracts by Alexi and WAUFFLEZ by AJ Waugh, Pzay The Creative by Isaiah Aladejobi, Chris Cardi Inc., and more!
This event is free and open to the public. It is a Black space celebrating Black people, Black culture, Black creatives, Black joy and all are welcome to join us in celebration!
RSVP is not required but encouraged as it helps us anticipate hospitality/refreshment and will be used to raffle off giveaways.
